Not true grey - some green shows through.
This is a really nice tree but I do have to agree with some reviews it doesn't look entirely grey. Not a huge issue to us as it's smothered with white, silver, grey and black decorations including black lametta and looks stunning! Couple of small branches fell off too.

I have checked this for you and our supplier as confirmed the following:
The “snow” is in fact cotton and glue which is non-toxic, and is water based – but we do recommended to keep children and pets away from the tree.

The supplier has advised the following for the 6ft Cashmere Christmas Tree - Grey:
No, this does not spin round. When it's slotted into the base, There's a screw on the base, on the tube where the tree trunk slots into, and you tighten this once it's in. This would prevent it from spinning.
