From the information we have available, I can advise the Gioteck XH100P PS5, PS4, Xbox, Switch, PC, Headset is wired and connect to a 3.5mm jack port, so it depends which iPhone you currently using as the latest iPhones do not have 3.5mm headphone port.

Katie, for future reference, amke sure the aux, which is the bit you plug in, has 3 black rings. I assume this headset has 2 and in that case you would need a TRS to TRRS adapter

I have checked this item Gioteck XH100P PS5, PS4, Xbox, Switch, PC, Headset 930/8514 to see if the microphone can be used on a PC.
The headset is advising it can be used with a PC and connects to console via 3.5mm jack.
