I bought this a month ago and I couldn't be more pleased with the results .it's so easy to do .Just put your ingredients in by following the menu you pick and a few hours later perfect fresh baked bread every time . This machine is brilliant!! I have an energetic toddler and a busy life, I sadly just don’t have the time to make bread from scratch all week… well, I didn’t used to! Honestly, this machine is SO simple to use and gets perfect loaves everytime! I haven’t used all of the other features yet, but I will eventually. In a world where adding 50 ingredients and chemicals in BREAD (a four ingredient staple) has become the NORM (?), this machine is a godsend and gives us another easy way of dodging ultra processed food! Win win!

I’m very pleased with my purchase. The Recipes in clouded in the user manual aren’t as exact as they need to be for a sourdough loaf. 150ml of water to 400g flour is about 1/2 of what it should be. I’ve made bread for years manually, so I was very surprised at the smaller amount of liquid. I’ve therefore adapted my own recipes, so that the bread baked is how it should be, not really ‘tight’ with a dense crumb.
