Home made bread at its best
I bought this to make my own gluten free bread as I am coeliac. The machine works really well and is very versatile. It gives a great crust on the bread without it being that hard that it falls apart. I am currently trying a few different gluten free receipes to see which one works best. The most positive thing is that I can add ingredients that I personally like but at the same time make bread with a lot less ingredients in, than shop bought. So to sum up, if you've ever wanted to make your own bread of any kind, this machine is definitely for you.

I bought this bread maker thinking I may use it once in a while however it’s so good I now use it nearly everyday! The machine is very easy to use, it has lots of different options and the bread tastes so much better than shop bought bread. The timer setting is brilliant, I put the ingredients in before I go to bed and wake up to a wonderful fresh tasty loaf. I would highly recommend it. I use Stoate’s organic flour as it makes the best bread.

The SD-YR2550SXC: comes with a clear silver colour and it doesn't include the spelt bread program.
The SD-YR2540SXC: comes with a gun metal colour which is the nearest color to the silver. It's more like a Its kind a dark silver color and it contains the spelt bread program.
