Loads of settings.
Bought this because we had a Panasonic before and this one doesn't disappoint. Cooks gluten free bread perfectly.

Easy to use. Makes perfect bread.
I’ve only had this a month but I’m wondering why I never bought one before. It’s got so many settings that I’m sure I’ll never use them all, but I love the delay timer. Every single loaf I’ve tried so far has been 100% perfect and it takes like 3 mins to throw everything in, wipe surfaces down and that’s it, done!!! Lost a star purely because I think the display should be lit. It’s hard to see.

Great results from Panasonic
Fantastic. Can’t fault this machine. Bought it at the best price from Argos and collected it the same day. This is the second bread maker we have had over the years. The first one was a Panasonic that was damaged when we moved house. We were impressed by that one that it only made sense to invest in another Panasonic. Very happy with the results and the types of bread we have made so far are always light, evenly baked and very tasty. Would highly recommend Panasonic.

This is the taste of proper bread.....Wow!
Bought this to sample home baked bread and certainly not disappointed. Using simply Flour, butter sugar salt and water with a spoonfull of dried yeast, all precisely measured, switch on and four hours later , a beautifully baked loaf with all the attendant aromas. Wish I'd bought one years ago. Now to explore the other thirty odd recipes. Probably never buy a mass produced loaf of bread, including sourdough and wholemeal and buns again. Easy to use and far healthier than shop bought loaves.

Easy to use, lovely bread
This is a great machine, easy to use and I love making my own bread from simple ingredients. My husband and I have been having bad reactions from shop bought, this has gone away with the fresh loaves.

Overall, its not too bad, other than when the yeast is dispensed, when it makes about 8 loud bangs, which have woken me up in the night before, but fortunately my 4yr old Grandson slept through! That With the kitchen door closed, and my bedroom upstairs, hope this helps.
Hi
Panasonic SD-YR2550SXC Fully Automatic Breadmaker - Silver
The Panasonic SD-YR2550SXC Fully Automatic Breadmaker features dual temperature sensors that optimize bread quality by measuring both internal and external temperatures throughout the baking process. This technology ensures consistent results, making it a reliable choice for baking bread and other baked goods. However, specific noise levels are not detailed in the available sources, so it is recommended to listen to the machine during operation to assess its noise level.

No, you cant use spelt flour in this model, its only in the SD-YR2540. I own this model, the YR2550, and it specifically says in the manual you cant use spelt.
Hi Jax.
Panasonic SD-YR2550SXC Fully Automatic Breadmaker - Silver:
From the information available, spelt flour can be used in a breadmaker. The breadmaker's gluten-free setting should work well, you may need to adjust the amount of liquid and leavening agents in your recipes.
