After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Energizer 60 Lumen Compact Rubber LED Torch Built-In Stand.
The red section with the stand unscrews from the black rubber handle so that the batteries can be inserted.

The on off button is a push button not a slide. It does require pushing down however this isn’t a very firm push
