Works fine for simple steam iron. The dial is not clear regarding direction of heat function but other than that okay.

I’ve been using this iron for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. It heats up quickly, has strong and consistent steam, and glides smoothly over all fabrics. Creases come out easily, even on thicker materials, and the steam boost is very effective. It feels well built, is comfortable to hold, and the water tank lasts a good amount of time before needing a refill. Overall, it does exactly what you want an iron to do and makes ironing much quicker and easier. I’d definitely recommend it.

You get what you pay for
Had to take this back due to a tiny nick on the footplate that snagged on clothing. Apart from that it did the job but felt cheap in the plastic grip and finish so have replaced it with another at twice the price that is nicer to handle. Like most things, you get what you pay for and this was definitely a budget iron.

Our supplier has advised, you may use the iron with tap-water, but if you live in a hard water area, you should use distilled water (not chemically descaled or softened water).
If you buy distilled water, check that it’s suitable for use in irons.
