After checking with our supplier, they have advised: The diameter is around 30cm. And yes, the package contains 2 × 10kg plates.

I bought this yesterday- package contains 2x 10kg weights. 2” hole for Olympic bar.
I just picked up my order from the store and I can confirm that there are x2 of the weights and it is made for a 2-inch Olympic bar.

The diameter of 4cm refers to the plate thickness not the diameter of the hole where the bar would feed through. These plates fit Olympic size bars.
