Would be great except for the fittings
This is a lovely bed however, we faced great challenges with fitting the bed end due to poor quality fittings. The threaded rods and nuts were not the same M8 spec. We needed the bed for guests staying and did not have time to return and get a new one. We had to drill new holes into the bed end and purchase furniture bolts to ensure the legs did not fall off and the end of the bed was secure. Such a pity as the rest of the bed was easy to assemble.

Glad i bought this
Really beautiful bed , Very sturdy too.well Worth the price! when putting together the headboard make sure you have the legs the right way round. Assembly is takes about 1hour. Doesn't require a drill but it makes life easier when screwing bed slats

Good solid bed.
This bed is a dream. It was easy for me to assemble alone. The slats are solid wood and very thick, not the cheap thin ones. It looks amazing in the room, very stylish. This bed look like it could easily have cost six to seven hundred pounds. Absolute bargain!

Solid bed, but not without faults
It took me the best part of 3 hours to assemble it and I struggled to drive some screws through the several knots in the slats. Overall it looks solid enough, but the support of the middle beam is flimsy. It has a bad smell that after several weeks still persists.

Sturdy bed
Good bed exactly what I was looking for. Hard work putting it together. Recommend using a drill to screw all the slats in. I did this by hand with a screwdriver (my hands were in agony by the end!). Apart from that its is good quality and looks great.
