About this product
Keep your cutlery organised and drying faster with the Habitat Nevin Cutlery Drainer. This matt black holder brings order to your draining board, keeping knives, forks and spoons neatly upright instead of scattered across the surface. The high gauge wire compartments allow air to flow through for a quicker dry, and the powder coated steel finish resists scratches so it looks smart whether it's on the side or tucked away in your cupboard.
The sturdy base keeps everything stable while your cutlery dries, and the compact size fits neatly beside the sink without taking over your worktop. It's handwash only to protect the finish, and it comes with a one-year manufacturer's guarantee. It's the kind of simple, practical addition that makes everyday kitchen tasks just that bit easier.

Customers Say
Compact, stylish, and sturdy cutlery drainer with good capacity, but many users report small items like teaspoons slipping through the large gaps, making it less practical for all cutlery types.

Compact but practical cutlery drainer
This is quite a compact cutlery drainer but still has enough room for washing up after a family of four. The cutlery doesn't get stuck in between the bars and it drains well. Only had it a few days so hoping it will be durable! Overall, very happy with this purchase.

Not for small items
Good size but small spoons slip out the bottom too easily. It is however very stable with taller items and does the job well.

Looks good but not very practical
On the plus side it looks good and has a large capacity. On the negative side The cutlery has a tendency to slip out the bottom. It consists of two compartments which are too big meaning that the cutlery tends to slide out the bottom and become jumbled in the containers, making it difficult to get individual items out. So in summary : OK for drying -not very good for keeping the cutlery in until you need it next.

The design needs to be significantly improved!
I bought this a couple of weeks ago and I regret buying it, it's not what I expected, when I put my teaspoons and small paring and butter knives, even happens most often with forks to drain - they fall out the sides or gaps in-between the large gaps between the metal rails š onto either the dish drainer or floor. Improvements would be to either put a mesh liner around the sides and or to make the space significantly less between the metal rails !

Simple and effective at a great price.
It's brilliant looks smart , drains freely , and the price was affordable as some of the cheap plastic ones. Great piece of kit.

Small Design Flaw
I bought this a while ago. I was desperate for a replacement but surprised argos no longer sold the plastic type drainers. At first it seemed okay when I first started using it to store a handful of utensils but as started to use it as a storage container for all my cutlery things started to go wrong. I found that it was too easy to place utensil into the container only for it to slip or escape through the sides. I like that the container has a thin mesh installed in the base of the unit, it works great for allowing water to drain away but they should have also installed it around the sides of container. It looks pleasant enough and hard wearing but found the design to be impractical.

So annoying.
Really annoying design. Small items such as teaspoons fall through the gaps and get stuck so the tray has to be lifted up and shaken so they can be plucked out or fall out. Hopeless. Don't buy this big you don't want to be driven crazy, like I am every day. On the plus side - it looks OK and was cheap as chips.
