Great replacement kettle
The kettle replaced a 10 year old BHS one. It is as quick to boil as the old one, has enough capacity and a filtration mesh. Plus it fits the colour scheme of my kitchen. It was relatively cheap too. Very pleased.

Failed at 23 weeks
I bought this 23 weeks ago and it has worked well until now, The spout pours nicely, and so far doesn't dribble. However, it's rather noisy, and it's not very easy to see the water level in the window (there is no light). The main problem now is that it switches off well before boiling, and if switched on again, it won't stay on. I have yet to find out how the company responds to my claim under the guarantee

Great Looking Kettle
I bought this kettle a couple ofcweeks ago and I'm pleased with the way it looks in my predominantly red kitchen. The only criticism is it is quite noisy but other than that I would recommend.

Good kettle
I bought this kettle a few weeks ago to replace a similar one from Morphy Richards. It performs well and is quite attractive. Unfortunately it is hot to touch as the body of the kettle is metal rather than plastic. My previous kettle was less attractive but as it was plastic the body did not heat up.

Tried to replace old kettle wire same model. Not possible, but this was close match. Boils really quickly and you can use to boil a small amount. Really noisy when heating up, but does the job just fine. On switch illuminates blue when it is switched on. Has a filter in the spout.

We can confirm that the Equip kettle will stop heating and turn off once it has boiled. The kettle is cordless with a 360° base and is designed to automatically switch off after boiling for safety.
If the kettle is lifted off the base during boiling, the heating will stop and power will be cut while it is off the base. However, for safety reasons, we do not recommend removing the kettle from the base while it is boiling. It is always advised to allow the kettle to fully boil and switch off automatically before removing it from the base.
