Does what's needed
It's ok as scales go but personally I don't like the fact that you have to reset the weight to what you want everytime you turn it on as once you switch it off it factory resets constantly and for someone with autism it annoys me having to constantly change it to 1lbs and Oz. Might sound trivial to some, but I struggle to cope with things like this and prefer the other scales I have which stay on what you set them to, so you just turn on and are good to go. These are easy to keep clean being like a marble surface and small enough to store easily too so if you can put up with constantly setting them, then they will be great.

Does the job
This is great. However, the first one was a bit hit and miss so I just took it back to Argos and they replaced it, no problem.

Compact and easy to use scales
Bought this to replace my previous scales that heartbroken and am very pleased Easy to use and read and can weigh different volumes

Great, accurate scale
Excellent scale at a good price. Really easy to clean, owing to the "marble" top. I do recommend buying replacement batteries at time of purchase as the ones installed ran out almost immediately. Then comes why I knocked off a start - you need one of those tiny screwdrivers from a cracker or glasses repair kit in order to get the battery housing open and it's a real faff. Hope I don't need to do it again for a while!

Nice build quality
Decent, simple scales with a good capacity and robust build quality. Touch buttons can go a bit funny if they get liquids on them.

Rubbish
This one replaces a new one which turned out to be faulty ( loose battery connections inside) & this second new one is turning out the same
