Up up and away! The Kaycie midsleeper is a lovely bed for little ones (recommended for 6 years +) who want all the fun of a high bed without the height. Made from solid wood, it's strong and sturdy. Make a den underneath for fun and adventure, or use the space for a chest of drawers and shelves to store clothes, books and toys. A great space-saving choice for small rooms, this bed is also just the right height for a kiss goodnight. The ladder can be positioned on either side to suit your space.
Comes with Habitat Kids Rae Comfort Open Coil Single Mattress, a foam free open coil mattress that doesn't need turning. It is soft and supportive for a good night's sleep, and also has a smooth anti allergy knit cover for peace of mind.

The wooden slats the mattress lays on are so flimsy and break very easily. The frame once tightened up is still very wobbly

Great value single bed!
Very happy that this bed has helped us create space in a small room, our little boy loves it, and it was very reasonably priced. However… it took me over two hours to put together with my dad who is an engineer and worked quickly, there are a lot of parts so give yourself plenty of time. And when we tightened some of the screws there was slight damage to the bed frame, but not too obvious at a glance, and there were no dowels/covers for the 2 bigger holes on the frame, the little ones provided were too small.

Great height for a toddler
We brought this bed for our 3 year old daughter as her "big girl bed" moving her out of her cot bed. I was a little unsure on getting her a mid sleeper but I'm glad we did. She's got soft toys and dollhouse under there to play with a make into a little den as we've strung up some fairy lights. She seems to be fine with the ladder, the only comment I'd make is that they are slim bars so not too comfortable to climb on and also have no grip, a different angle or a gripper would be better.

Space saver
I recently purchased this as I needed floor space and it was perfect, my son loves it. It was easy to put together a few chips as mentioned in previous reviews but it was easy to hide them.

Ordered for my daughter who absolutely loves this bed easy to put together took two hours on my own only one slight problem when putting together as one of the screws and attachments wasn’t working but my neighbour had a spare which was the same so was able to complete

The bed is suitable for children aged 6 and up. As long as the weight on the bed doesn’t exceed 120kg, it’s perfectly safe and suitable for use.
