Easy to set up and instant improvement in WIFI!
Really easy to set up. Has improved speed and stability of WiFi around the house. Increased coverage and improved roaming capabilities.

Good coverage and strong signal
Connected this system to my existing router and placed the other 2 units at the bottom of the stairs and the top of the stairs. Signal strength significantly improved throughout the house. Subsequently discovered that I could remove the Router altogether and connected the Deco directly to the Fibre box. This substantially improved both the signal strength and download speeds. Previously getting worse than -60 dbm but now get stable signal strength of better than -50 dbm with wireless download speeds of 500+ Mbps

Very easy to set up
Bought this a few days ago as I was fed up of not recieving any wifi in the furtherst parts of my house! Was very easy to set up and speed went from 2.5 mbps to ~200 mbps. Works well across whole house. Connectivity was a little unstable during the first few hours but no problems all across the whole house now. Would definitely recommend.

Great product! Highly recommend
We had an issue where our internet couldn’t reach our conservatory, my husband was googling products to help and came across these devices. He read the reviews and they are perfect! Wi-fi connection has improved where there were dead spots! Very impressed. Very easy to setup!

Quick to set up
Yes, really very simple to set up. Literally takes a few minutes. The coverage is good. The app is OK. The speed is very good.

Great setup
Only had a few days but a fantastic bit of kit and super easy to install. Wish I purchased years ago!

Great speed
Speed and coverage as stated, solved the WiFi out in the Summerhouse

Great speeds and easy to setup
I have copper cabling throughout the house and used each of these in AP mode across 3 floors. All backhauled to my switch. Coverage is brilliant. I'm using only 5GHz. Speeds over 900Mbps and mesh feature works a treat. TP link is pretty decent. Some features are removed once the APs are in Access Point mode.

Fantastic - solved all our issues
Lucky enough to have recently moved to a relitavily large detached property and wifi coverage has dead spots in multiple rooms. My old powerline adapters just didn't work as good due to wiring in the property. Just switched to Sky Max Hub 6 and this router is fine close by in the hallway but so bad even in one of the bedrooms not too far away. 200mbps near the Sky router, goes down to less than 20mpbs in a bedroom and home office which was useless. Bought these in the hope of solving our issues and it has. Brilliant bit of kit. You plug one into the router, then place the other 2 around the house. I have one on the upstairs landing, the other in the garage. I now have full coverage roaming around the house without drops. Upstairs maintains the 100/200mpbs in every room. Even have coverage in the gardens which was impossible before. I've switched off the 2.4/5ghz on the sky router to avoid conflicts with Deco handling WiFi. Works perfect.

Hello Merlin.
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for TP-Link Deco X50 AX3000 Whole Home Mesh WiFi 6 System 3-pack.
Yes, this is supported! You can connect the main Deco X50 unit to a LAN port of your Sky router via Ethernet cable. Please note that Deco cannot connect to your Sky router via Wi-Fi — the connection must always be through an Ethernet cable.
Here are some important things to keep in mind with this setup:
1. Wi-Fi network name: Make sure the Deco Wi-Fi network name is different from your Sky router's Wi-Fi name. If both share the same name and password, your devices may connect to either network unpredictably, which can cause issues.
2. Ethernet Backhaul: If you plan to connect all Deco units to your Sky router via Ethernet to use Ethernet Backhaul, you should set the Deco to Access Point (AP) Mode. Without AP Mode, Ethernet Backhaul will not work and may cause network issues.
3. Double NAT: By default, the main Deco acts as a router, so connecting it to your Sky router creates a Double NAT situation. For most users, this is fine and internet access will work normally. However, if you use it for gaming or as a VPN server, you may want to either:
• Set your Sky router to bridge mode, or set Deco to Access Point Mode (either option eliminates Double NAT)
• Alternatively, set up port forwarding on your Sky router to forward the required ports to Deco.
4. Satellite Deco units: Once the main Deco is connected to your Sky router via Ethernet, satellite Deco units can connect to the main Deco either wirelessly or via Ethernet.
Thank you for using Q & A.
Hello Simon,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the TP-Link Deco X50 AX3000 Whole Home Mesh WiFi 6 System 3-pack: each Deco X50 unit, including both main and satellite units, is equipped with three Gigabit Ethernet (1GE) ports. This means you can utilize any of the three Ethernet ports on your slave units for wired connections to devices such as PCs, smart TVs, or switches.
Thank you for using Q&A.

Hello jkksanders,
The supplier has advised the following for the TP-Link Deco X50 AX3000 Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi System 3 Pack:
"Here’s the clear answer regarding the TP-Link Deco X50 (3-Pack) system:
They Connect Wirelessly or via Ethernet (Ethernet Backhaul):
The Deco X50 units can connect to each other wirelessly to form a mesh network. However, you can also connect them together using Ethernet cables (this is called Ethernet backhaul) for better performance and stability if desired.
One Unit Acts as the Main Router:
You select one Deco unit to act as the main router (this must be connected via Ethernet to your modem or internet source).
The other two Deco units automatically become satellite nodes/extenders and can connect either wirelessly or through Ethernet.
Flexibility:
They do not need to be wired to the main Deco router unless you want to use Ethernet backhaul for faster speeds or better stability in difficult environments. Many users run them fully wirelessly."
Thank you for using Q&A.
