Very disappointed with this product. The product had missing parts in both packages I've collected, so it couldn't be mounted without purchasing brackets from elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this product at all!

Without being able to see the blind, we cannot give exact advise as to the cause of your issue. It should be able to lock or unlock according to where you move the cord. Pulling it to one side will release it and pulling it the opposite way will lock it.
