Good product eventually but delivery and build woe
Issues with delivery and initial poor construction quality control (the safety key switch connector was disconnected from the internal PCB, which I fixed myself with YouTube user having a similar issue with another Horizon treadmill. I took a decision to investigate myself because Horizon support took a week to respond, by which time I had fixed it) The day of delivery was wet and the cardboard box was soggy and ripped and the wooden packing frame damaged. Delivery men didn't want to assist getting to the location I needed it so had to move a 130lb item to the conservatory myself (I suppose that's weight training:) ) Luckily the treadmill itself was unharmed and it is working fine. 50km down and still going well.

Great purchase
We have had the fit treadmill for 2 weeks now and both me and my husband are very pleased with the purchase. Straight forward delivery, 2 men helped place in downstairs room. Took longer than expected to assemble but instructions were easy to follow. We have both used on daily bases to increase our fitness using walking mode. Tablet holder is useful as my my husband can watch a football match whilst exercising. There are many functions making it easier to use, we haven’t as yet tried them all. Only downside is that whilst it monitors your hart rate, calorie count and distance it doesn’t record your step count. Would definitely recommend this fit treadmill as it is sturdy and of good quality

Great Treadmill few minor issues
Pros . Excellent speed and incline . Sturdy and strong Cons . Bluetooth speaker is weak and cheap . Plastic side broke on delivery . Heart rate sensor is very slow and inaccurate . Belt keeps going on 1 side even though I followed the manual to oil underneath the belt and adjust

Decent features. not great.
Pros: Super easy to use pretty robust Cons: The fan doesn't work at all. According to a technician, that's the design, and nothing can be done. The box and one of the panels arrived with a hole in them. Was fixed by a technician after a week and a half to two weeks. No touch screen or any kind of screen. just the controls and a place to put a phone/tablet.

Easy to use
This is a very easy to use treadmill with some really great features such as the preset speeds and workouts. Even though I have given 5 stars, which it does deserve, there are some slight issues with assembly, the main one being that it is difficult to follow the step by step instructions properly due to the way the item arrived packed into the box. Moving the treadmill out of the box was the last step however the console and tablet holder were both packed under the running board but needed to be attached before moving it?! So, use your own judgement for following the instructions, we raised the board to gain access to slip out the console and attached the tablet holder last, after the treadmill was positioned where we wanted it. Another thing to be aware of is just how much packaging will need to be disposed of after the treadmill is built but it is a large item so to be expected and some of it is recyclable! We are very happy with how this runs and the additional features such as the fan which is in a good position to cool head and neck and there are two cup holders, one each side, so it's great for both righties and lefties too!

Very well built and packed full of features
This really is a great piece of fitness equipment that is packed full of features. Very simple To navigate and use the controls. Anyone can just jump onto it and use the treadmill. It has multiple speed and incline setting so anyone at any level can use it and change the degree of difficulty for a jog or run or workout session. The app is also great to pair up and use and you can get a really good workout with it from home. The build quality is really good and it feels robust and sturdy, even when running on it at speed. Design wise it’s great looking machine and will not look out of place. Really modern aesthetic which has many features. Calories burned can be tracked as well as things like heart rate. The fans are also a great touch as they do really help you cool down while working out. Overall very impressed and can easily recommend this treadmill.

Amazing bit of kit!
Absolutely amazing bit of kit. If you’re looking for an all singing all dancing treadmill then this is the one for you. Takes a good hour for 2 people to put together but what you get is fabulous. With motorised inclines and numerous running programmes it’s a dream. That’s without the necessary extras that you don’t normally get like an inbuilt 3 speed fan, 2 drink holders, tablet/phone holder, Bluetooth connection to 2 inbuilt speakers… I just love it! It doesn’t fold for storage and is one hell of a beast but I can’t fault it

Very impressive treadmill
This is a very advanced piece of gym equipment! It has many features that goes beyond just walking and running. It has a built in fan with 3 settings, and works brilliantly! It has an incline feature that goes from 1 to 10 to suit your ability! You are able to pre program your settings and preferences! The speed and incline can be adjusted easily by the handles, of which also measure your heart rate too. It shows calories burned, time and distance on the console too. There are 2 cup holders, and phone holders on the left and right side! As well as a device holder in front above the console.

Beautiful piece of equipment
My 1st time "building" a treadmill.. and i must say it wasnt that bad. Its a really heavy/well built peice of equipment. Its a 2 man job to build. Didnt take us long. A hour maybe 90 mins with a coffee brake.. like any instructions.. read them all 1st, before starting. The bolts/tools were very well packaged and labed. This is a large treadmill. Make sure you have the space1st because even tho if "folds up" you dont gain alot of space. Idea for a garage. Weve all had ago so far..2 adults and a older teenager. Handy you can put your tablet safe on the top bit. Either watch tv etc or follow training videos. I like to follow you tube videos, pov running in beautiful places. Really passes the time. To conclude big treadmill. Fantastic quality.
