The sofa looks really great and was very easy to make up - couldn't find the instructions at first though, so be warned you need to remove the wood frame from underneath. It reclines back a fair amount and I find the seat height just about right with a nice level of firmness.

The foot section goes horizontal, the back rest goes back to about 30 degrees I reckon.

They say a professional clean. what does that mean you pay someone to come out everytime your grandchildren have been round with their sticky hands or you spill something on it.
Not sure you get different answers from this company when you ask this question we have had this sofa for 18 months, using soft detergent in warm water has described on assembly instructions but the shine has started peeling off in one area phoned customer service was told I should use leather wipes.
