how did we manage without one?
does exactly what it says in the add. It's sturdy if somewhat noisy in operation. It easily coped with everything and did it well. It's a joy to use and we have run out of things for it to try. It cleans easily just be careful if the sharp blades.

Easy to use
I bought this mainly for blending my soup, works well. Easy to clean with being glass, also blending part at the bottom can be unscrewed so easy to wash. Good purchase for me.

We would not recommend using this for biscuits for cheesecake bases. We would recommend using a food processor or the perfect mix blender.

The supplier has advised the following for the Tefal Blendforce II 1.75L Glass Jug Blender:
The product is not a soup maker and is not a blender for boiling liquids above 80 degrees centigrade. So, whilst it’s not suitable for making soups, it can take hot liquids in as long as they’re below 80 degrees centigrade. The supplier says that they would never recommend that a consumer place liquid that is above 80 degrees.
