The fire surround and front panel are very flimsy. The feet were impossible to fit. And there was some kind of sticky residue on the front panel. After a struggle to clean and fit, we managed it and I have to say that now it’s in it looks fine. And the heater is effective. It was very cheap though, so I guess you get what you pay for!
