I bought this in a hurry as I had to get one quickly as builders were in. I was pleasantly suprised at how easy to assemble. I bought it for display more than to use but when trying out the heat from the fire is amazing. Great fire for the price.

I bought this for my new house a few weeks ago it is lovely nice bits of wood but something missing ?? Oh yeah I know it’s not a real life g burner but I think it should have been finished off with some kind of handle on fire then it would beperfect

Excellent fireplace - Finishes off my room
I absolutely love this fireplace & it completes the look of my lounge. I am glad I went for the bigger size as it looks so nice and I have had loads of compliments. It looks more expensive than it is. It was easy to assemble & is very sturdy. Like precious reviews, it does look dusty on the black but nothing a daily cloth across it doesn’t fix. Great glow effect and gives off amazing heat.

The stove provides a heat output of 0.9kW - 1.8kW. The cost is dependent on your own tariff but based on the average tariff from June 2021 (UK Average rate of 19.63p/kWh), running this at 1.8kW for 1 hour could cost 35.33p. You would need to check your own current tariff for the correct cost for yourself.

Unfortunately with this fireplace there is no gap behind the back panel. Due to this being a stove fireplace the back panel is required to sit deep in the fireplace to allow enough space for the stove.

i have about half an inch space at the bottom , the only other way is to cut the backing for the plug which would look daft unless you have a black plug socket !! but otherwise there is no room for it, sorry.

I have checked the instructions and I can confirm this surround is flat packed and requires assembly and then the electric fire itself can be attached.

Hello,
This fire is fitted with an LED strip rather than a bulb which is tested to last an estimated 50,000 hours. A qualified electrician would need to replace the LEDs should they fail.
