Beware size not as described by Argos
Looks nice now finished. Quite easy to put together. Beware- Size not as described on website, about 4 inches shorter, so did not cover up the hole in the chimney breast from previous fire, so had to do some other work before we could fit it. Also had to remove some skirting board so that it would sit flush to the wall. Some parts supplied quite cheap e.g. brackets to attach to the wall tiny and don’t really seem fit for purpose.

Better than expected!
Beautiful fireplace suite! looks much better than I expected in person and everyone who has seen it has commented on how great it looks. The stove itself does make a moderate amount of noise when on heat mode but it heats the room up so quickly that we only have to have it on for a little while then turn it down to the light effect only.

Not correct measurements
Bought this and the fire came damaged and then the fire is 10cm smaller than the measurements online. Really difficult experience returning and still waiting for my refund!

Really lovely electric fireplace suite
We assembled it in about 20 mins. It is modern, simple and sleek. It gives out lots of heat. We often have it on with the light only option just to make the room nice and cosy. I highly recommend this suite.

We would not recommend cutting the back panel on this as it will invalidate your warranty however the two sides are hollow you you may be able to place the fire so the plug is hidden there.
