The Dimplex Ion Fresh Cooling Tower Fan in a stunning copper finish with 70 oscillation and 3 fan speeds including sleep mode that gradually reduces fan speed. The optional Ioniser cleans surrounding air by capturing airborne dust particles, a unique tilt feature can be adjusted to direct air. Supplied with an easy to use remote control.

Really good fan
Really good fan but not as tall as thought it would be. Looks smart, different settings, including sleep mode, remote control, makes some noise but not too much. Has been really helpful last couple of weeks so glad i bought it!

It looks nice but on turning it on I was very disappointed with the power of it. In this heat it does little to cool you down. It just blows warm air at you, without much force I kept it as it was the only one available

Excellent Fan
In the last heatwave we struggled without a proper fan. We ordered this and have never paid so Much for a fan, but my GWAD, it was worth every penny. Not only looks stylish, it’s a fantastic fan and we love it. It stores away easier than those awkward large round fans, but it’s so stylish, it’ll probably stay in our room all year round.

Love the mountain breeze setting!
I bought this in the last heatwave as everything was selling out. I recognised Dimplex as an established name. I am really pleased with my purchase - just wish I had bought 2 as they are sold out everywhere now. It has several settings, including mountain breeze where the velocity comes and goes which is refreshing and it oscillates and ionises too. Very happy with it so far. I love the mountain breeze setting!

Wouldn’t recommend
Bought it a couple of weeks ago for a 110£. Isn’t worth it’s price. The small table fan from Tesco for 15£ does exactly the same. The only good feature is the remote control.

The remote didn’t work, but I also returned it because it was for a bedroom with blackout blinds and the temperature display was way too bright, and lit up the room! It would have been fine for any other room.

Hello, you cannot set the temperature on these units, they have 3 speed settings( low, medium or high) and 3 different modes (normal, natural and sleep). The current room temperature will show on the LED display.

"If the fan is facing you with the cable at the front, the fan should oscillate left and right."

There are no energy ratings for cooling fans.
The Fan is a sealed unit and can not be opened. We recommend using a damp cloth on the air inlet and outlet regularly.

There is a check that can be completed on the remote and this can be done by putting a smart phone into selfie mode and pointing the remote at the camera. If the remote is working, you will see a flickering light on screen coming from the remote's infrared lens. If you cannot see the light, then a new remote will be required.
