I bought this tower fan based on the many positive reviews, but honestly, I can’t believe it has received so much praise. The performance of this fan is close to zero, especially considering its price. I previously bought a no-brand, regular fan for £20, and its effectiveness is many times better than this one. I would never recommend this fan to anyone.

I bought this right at the peak of summer and while it helped, i wouldnt say its a must buy. I think it can be noisy but i quite like the sound of a fan buzzing while im sleeping but i can foresee it being really cumbersome for some.

The Fan is a sealed unit and can not be opened. We recommend using a damp cloth on the air inlet and outlet regularly.

There is a check that can be completed on the remote and this can be done by putting a smart phone into selfie mode and pointing the remote at the camera. If the remote is working, you will see a flickering light on screen coming from the remote's infrared lens. If you cannot see the light, then a new remote will be required.

Adjust the fan speed by pressing the “Speed” button. There are three speeds - Low, Medium & High and each press will cycle through the speed settings. The speed setting will show on the LED display.

Having checked the manual I can see the M on the display is for mode. You can adjust the speed from low, medium and high by pressing the fan button repeatedly until you reach the desired speed.
