Become very difficult to turn seat
Excellent seat bought 3 seats 5 years ago. My only criticism is now they have all become very different to turn. I note that the bearings are sealed so probably starting to fail.

Strong, Stylish Car Seat but Lacking in Recline
I’ve been using the Silver Cross Motion 2 for 2 weeks with my 13-month-old, and while it’s a very sturdy and stylish seat that feels safe and well-made, I’ve found a few challenges worth mentioning. On the positive side, it’s extremely easy to use day-to-day. The 360° swivel makes getting my little one in and out so much simpler, and the Silver Cross app was genuinely helpful when installing the seat for the first time. The build quality is excellent — it feels strong, premium, and looks great in the car. However, there are some drawbacks. My baby often slumps forward in the seat, especially when asleep, and I’ve noticed the recline isn’t quite deep enough to keep her head upright comfortably. The size of the seat is also a factor — in my Toyota C-HR it pushes the front passenger seat forward, which means a taller person would struggle to sit there comfortably. Overall, I’d recommend the Motion 2 for its sturdiness, design, and ease of use, but I do think it’s better suited to cars with more space. If your little one tends to nap in the car, the limited recline may be something to consider.

Great car seat, little boy finds it comfy, spring loaded harnesses are handy and a lovely smooth spin action, just a shame while rear facing the recline can't be altered without rotating first.
