Fantastic product
I bought this a couple months ago when redoing my kitchen. It fit perfectly in the drawer and fits all my cutlery in it. Its lasted really well and there is no damage to it even after a couple months

Order collection
We placed an order for multiple items, but staff were demanding and rude. Saying we can't collect one item but to wait for all itmes arrived. BTW, we went to the shop based on the EST when we place the order. It is a chaos. Total waste of time and no rules to follow, staff were unhappy so i'm sure they are doing their best to annoy anyone when can.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: The soft touch material inside the drawer organiser is TPR. TPR’s full name is thermoplastic rubber, is a material that has properties of both plastic and rubber.

This would also depend on the depth of the drawer. My drawer is also 400mm wide but the item does not fit because it is longer in length than what the depth is.

The size of the Addis Cutlery Drawer is H50mm, W340mm, D450mm, therefore the width would fit a 400mm drawer.

I have looked into this and can confirm that the dimensions of this cutlery drawer in inches are: 2 inches high, 13.5 inches wide and 18 inches in depth.

My drawer has a different configuration and has 1 long slot, 3 medium slots (instead of 4) and 2 short slots (instead of 1).
External measurements are: 4.5 cm high, 40.5cm long, 33 cm wide.
Internal measurements are: Long slot 38cm long x 9cm wide.
3 x medium slots 25.8 long x 6.4cm wide.
2 x small slots 20cm long x 5.5cm wide.
