Happy with Printer; Not Instant Ink Transfer
The printer itself, so far, is a vast improvement on the ancient and unreliable HP it replaced. However, as an existing Instant Ink user, I could not see how to benefit from the advertised 3 months free. This is very disappointing. Although I am comfortable and capable using technology, transferring my Instant Ink subscription to my new printer and deleting the old one were extremely difficult and time consuming. I find that the connectivity of the new printer is better with some of my devices than others, which sometimes makes printing frustrating. Print quality and resolution are good once properly connected and the duplex facility is useful.
