My previous HP printer packed in after having given good service for 5 years or more & I needed a replacement quickly. The HP 6120e is not duplex so you have to turn the paper over for double side printing. I am pleased that instant ink is available for this printer as I do like the facility very much. I haven't sorted email printing as yet, which was a breeze on my previous printer.
