Have been using this printer for more than 6 months. Used it extensively and never faced technical issues. Print quality and speed is very good. Added with free ink offer for a couple of months makes this a steal deal.

Easiest Printer EVER!! Gutted I didnt get the ink!
I bought this printer one month ago, when i bought this i thought the deal was awesome. It came with 3 months free ink, but unfortunately i didnt get to redeem this amazing offer due to having a new puppy who decided the box and instructions that came with it were fun toys and shredded it all to bits. LOL. I tried to contact HP about this and had 0 luck. Which i would say is my only downfall as i really wanted this offer, its a money saver and i have uni things to print out! aaahhhhh!! Easy set up, easy installation and instructions (online) The look of this printer is beautiful also, takes up a bit of room but its great overall. so much better than canon LOL.

HP Envy 6120e Wireless Photo Printer & 3 Months Instant Ink:
When printing photos, remove any other paper prior to loading the photograph paper. When putting the photograph paper into the paper tray, there are guides that need to slide to the width of the paper being used.
Insert the paper into the middle of the tray with the side to be printed on facing down and slide the stack of paper in until it stops.
Adjust the guides until they touch the edges of the paper stack and then close the input tray.
Make sure you have selected the appropriate paper type, size and print quality in the settings.
