Returned very limited on what exercises you can do I'm 5 11 and the best I could do was get it as far as my shoulder on the weakest band. Tried the door jam to see if I would keep for just upper body but the D ring started giving way

I'm a reluctant exerciser but these resistance bands are very easy to use at home. You can start with the easy stretch and work up to more challenging ones. Very reasonable price in the sale

Place the door anchor through the hinge side of the door. Then close the door. The bigger end of the anchor will be blocked by the door. This is how it works.
