This is compatible with notebooks that have up to a 65 watt power requirement (Lenovo, HP, Dell, Acer, ASUS, Toshiba, Sony, Compaq, LG, Samsung, IBM, Fujitsu, Pachard Bell).
As the Acer Nitro 5 AN515-46 requires significantly more than 65 watts for normal operation, this is not compatible.
