Perfect casserole.
Bought this recently to replace a pottery casserole dish. So pleased with it after the mainly negative points in reviews I had read. It’s a perfect size for 2 generous portions. After reading reviews I was expecting something suitable for a dolls house! Also it came complete with the knob attached so not sure what people were talking about. Great for our wood burning oven. I would highly recommend this pretty little casserole.

I had been looking for a cast iron pot for a long time and when I found my 4.4L it with discount off the price I had to buy it. I made a Koren dish called no water roast chicken and it was delicious! I am so happy with my new purchase I highly recommend it.

Yeah, you can’t get the knob on it
I should have read the reviews? Why didn’t I? I usually do! Anyway, like a number of reviewers of this dish said, you can’t unscrew the screw on the knob handle, which you’re then supposed to attach yourself. Therefore, it’s useless. I sent it back. I can only imagine that more people than have reviewed this product on Argos have also had the same issue. Has anyone ever been able to get it unscrewed? It just makes me wonder why they are still selling it or why Habitat, the brand behind this thing, haven’t changed out the knobs/screws so that it can actually be useable. 🤷🏻

Ideal size
Bought while browsing the sale but I’m very pleased with this product. It’s nice and solid and just the right size for two or three people.The only bad thing was the lid handle which was on so tightly my husband had to use a drill on reverse to undo it so that it could be put on the lid
