About this product
The Habitat Nellie Fabric Accent Chair gives you a comfy spot for reading, catching up on TV, or just taking a break. It's a single-seater that fits nicely into living rooms, bedrooms or reading nooks without taking over the space. The wide seat and generous cushioning keep you supported through long sitting sessions. Low curved arms give you somewhere to rest without feeling boxed in, while the quilted seat cushion adds a neat finish. The modern grey fabric works with most room colours and stands up to daily use.
The angled wooden legs keep it stable on carpet or hard floors and lift the frame off the ground. Foam-filled cushions with pocket springs hold their shape even after plenty of use. The fixed seat and cushion design means there's nothing to move around or readjust. It'll support up to 110kg, so it's solid enough for regular use. Some assembly required when it arrives, with all the fixings and instructions included. Specialist cleaning is recommended to keep the fabric looking its best.

. The fittings for the legs are crude, it was difficult to attach them, and they do not feel particularly strong. The upholstery on the left arm is poor and less well- fitted than the right. I would have rejected the item but my partner likes it and it’s been a struggle to find a chair of the right size for the situation. I thought the packaging was good, though....

This is a good quality chair and great value. It is a little fiddly getting the feet screwed on - I did have trouble with one of the screws - so take care. But once assembled - it’s sturdy and a nice looking addition to my lounge.

I haven’t bought this chair yet as was a bit dubious too about overall size and comfort but I actually saw it on display in my local Sainsbury’s yesterday! I am 5ft 6” female and have to say it was so much more comfortable than I expected! Imagine a normal tub chair, but a bit more stylish and with extra padding. I will definitely be buying one.
