This is a great grass
This is a great grass strimmer, no cables to worry about and does an excellent job. As a lawn edge trimmer, however, you have to be extra careful to keep well clear of your block pavers etc. , as the green blades don't last a second if they hit anything solid ! I would suggest leaving a 2 or 3 centimetre gap between the grass and solid ground - once you have established that your blades will last a lot longer !

Battery limits
The battery seems to expire after about 15 minutes of use. It took two charges to trim the relatively long grass on our verge.

A great strimmer.
After years of using old type strimmers where the feed kept breaking this is such a pleasure to use, It is very light to use and cuts very well, wish I had bought one sooner!!

I found that the blade
I found that the blade came off a couple of times & in trimming the edges the equipment was hard to get a straight line. Apart from that with a bit more use I should I should sort it out.

Strimmer
The strimmer failed to work. There was a problem with the connection between the 2 arms sent. The strimmer started then died after only a few seconds. I await replacement parts.

CLM50 + GT50 + Air Rams
I have recently purchased the above lawn mower & grass edge trimmer. Both very easy to complete assembly, very lightweight & easy to use. Although the mower does not cut quite as short as my trusty old petrol Honda rotary, it does a great job! I also own 3 x Gtech Air Rams (one on each floor). Again, powerful & a lot less hassle than my corded vacuum cleaner. All are fantastic products, highly recommended! Nick Grey deserves a knighthood.

Light weight and really easy to use and set up. Very easy to store and doesn’t take up much space at all.

Lightweight strimmer
Easy to assemble and use . Plastic blades are easy to fit ,but as other reviewers say ,they shatter if they hit a stone or a wooden root. However , better that, than having to wrestle with tangled or jammed strimmer line. Cuts through grass easily and head swivels to allow edging. Battery easy to charge and fit. Overall it suits me . It would get 5 stars if plastic blades were less brittle .

Cordless Grass Trimmer
Having purchased other Gtech products I decided to try the Cordless Grass Trimmer. However, within days of receiving it, and only trying it for a short time before having to recharge, the grass dried up and the summer drought is on us for the foreseeable future. Hopefully, I will write a fuller review when the rains and grass return.
