[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Braun Epilator Silk has become my favourite, if you’re in hurry and need to remove your hair as got a planned evening out and got to wear the dreamy skirt, Braun saves you by having the smoothest, clearer, waxed like shiny skin. The epilator removes the shortest hair which even wax can’t remove it even in water. It removes the hair from its roots which makes the skin so smooth and soft and it gives you a whole month of relaxation of clearer smoother skin without any worry. The epilator is cordless, hence can be carried anywhere even when travelling. It runs around 40mins once charged. The epilator is easy to clean after usage, the tweezers can be easily cleaned, very low maintenance required and is very easy to charge. The epilator can be easily and conveniently used at sensitive areas and it cleans up and gives out a baby skin after its usage. The epilator can be used at wet and dry modes and there are no issues. I’m so happy to have got this Braun epilator as it’s a saviour when there is an urgent need of hair removal and you can use this epilator to have a salon waxed like areas at home.

Amazing 😻

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a good epilator for home use, especially suitable for beginners. It effectively removes short hairs and leaves the skin smooth for several weeks. The Wet&Dry function helps a lot in the shower the pain is more bearable.

Does its job perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow the full epilator absolutely killed first time haha! But the secret is to stretch the skin and go for it the normal shaving part is brilliant aswell and gets rid of hairs straight away fast and easy it comes with a little brush to wipe the hairs off. Battery life is good it charges up so can do it over the bath ..packaging is good comes with a little cute bag to pop it I really like this is does its job 10/10

Good if you like an epilator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a huge fan of an epilator, but this dose its job well and safely. But it is quite sore if you are not used to using one hence why I've never been a fan. But I do prefer the ipl. This is easy to setup and quite compact for size for traveling.

Grips the small hair so well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so surprised by the low noise that it had from the beginning and how small and compact it. Has a nice grip due to the waves at the back of the epilator, and doesn't slip at all from my hands. I noticed that it works brilliantly for very short hair, let’s say 4 days after shaving, and the pain for me is quite low, perhaps because I’m used to using epilators. It manages to grip all the tini tiny hair and leaves behind a super smooth surface that lasts longer. What I personally didn't like it, is the EU power charger , so hard to find a charger to fit it and set up and to charge it. Once this was sorted I loved using it.

Lovely tool to have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received this I was really excited to try it. It come with an EU type of charge which you would need an adaptor to charge it, thank God I had one at home. The item itself is durable, I have used it for 2 days the charge is still there and I haven’t ran out of battery. The design is sleek and easy to hold. I initially used the razor to shave my leg as it was to painful to use the epilator directly as my legs are super hairy lol. After that I waited two days and went with the epilator, it was painful! but you do get use to it. If you have a low pain tolerance is not for you but if you have a high tolerance then go for it. I do find that you have to go over the hair a few times to get the hair completely idk if it’s because I had initially shaved it. Overall it’s a lovely tool to have.

Cordless and can be used on dry or wet skin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brown silk five epilator has a roll cap to help help you feel less pain sensations while using it as a micro grip tweezers that means even hairs which are 0.5 mm shot can be removed effectively you can achieve up to one month of being hair free using this device. The silk five is cordless and used both wet and dry. I found it less painful whilst using it in a warm shower. It can take some getting used to use it .

Good improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Broun SE5 is a good epilator. I was owing in the past a Broun 1 ,and now testing this one I can see one improvement. The skin is left soft and the epilator is efficient removing all unwanted hair really quickly..very easy to clean after . The accessories are really great and useful. As the first one and this one make syou feel a bit uncomfortable when it's used on sensible areas of your body. It's great that you can use it even when you shower, making the process easier.Very handy epilator.

A good enough base, but needs extra accessories to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Silk Epil 5 would make for a decent starting device. The fewer tweezers of the included head makes it less intimidating for those new to epilators, and the included shave head allows you to shave hairs down to a good length for epilation and makes it more versatile. However, as someone who has used the Silk Epil line before, the head that the 5 comes with is pretty disappointing. I needed a lot of passes to remove all the hair from the legs due to fewer tweezers, but at the same time the head has too many tweezers for more sensitive areas. The set doesn't have narrow head covers included, so you can't reduce the number of exposed tweezers this way either. Positives are that the device is light and nice in the hand. It isn't particularly noisy, and the light is helpful for catching stray remaining hairs. Something I really love is the travel lock, which stops it from turning on accidentally in your luggage. As I've arrived at a destination to find my epilator without any charge after it turned on in my suitcase, I really appreciate this feature. This model is compatible with various accessories from Braun for the Silk Epil line, so you can buy a replacement head with more tweezers and extra covers to get the performance you need. It's a shame that you would need to spend extra for this, but the Silk Epil 5 does sit at a more affordable price point than other models and this makes it worth considering.
