It definitely hurts but it’s worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used an epilator a few years ago but I gave up as it hurt so much and I couldn’t persevere with it. But I gave this a go and used a cooling mitt to ease the pain which made it more bareable. It removes most hairs pretty quickly, only leaving the odd few. You do need to keep using this every so often to remove new hairs. It doesn’t leave legs completely smooth but from a distance you can’t see any hairs. Reasonably priced and saves having to shave daily.

Gets the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this since I've been quite poorly and unable to even shower and shave properly, and honestly this has been an absolute life saver! It works pretty well. I've found you do have to go over quite abit and push down more than a regular disposable razor if you're aiming for a smooth finish but overall it's fantastic! I've never used one of these before in my life so I'm pretty impressed with it. I would absolutely recommend it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Braun Silk-epil 5 is so easy to use and surprisingly gentle on the skin because of the massage roller cap. The Braun Epil pulls out the shortest of hairs that I could hardly see and can be used on both dry and wet skin. It looks sleek and is also easy to clean, change heads and comes with a handy pouch to pack it away in. It's also really comfortable to hold due to its shape. I would recommend this due to how fast and convenient it was to use compared to shaving or waxing.

Easy to use with great results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who has fast regrowth after shaving i was really excited to be able to try a new method of hair removal. Although nervous about the pain I found the device to be really easy to use and was really effective in getting the majority of my hairs even the super short ones. I did notice a difference in the time it took for my hair to regrow which is great with summer coming. The device is super compact and easy to hold.

Very easy and understandable settings, not complicated. Not painful at all. Comes with lots of different heads for different jobs, which I love! I can clearly see so much improvement with my hair growth only after a few times using it.

Long lasting smoothness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time using an epilator since I was a young teen. The pain originally put me off when I was younger, but I decided to suck it up this time - it’s genuinely not that bad! Of course, with time, it’ll become much less painful. It’s also less painful epilating wet than dry, which is a great perk for this hair removal tool as you can use it with water too. I do get redness/red dots after immediately using it, which do eventually go away. The smoothness you’re left with is brilliant. You haven’t got to bother with shaving foam and I’m not left stubbly the day after (like when shaving with a razor) which is such a bonus! Although I find razor shaving much quicker if you’re in a rush, epilating is far better in the long run. Also comes with different shaving heads to suit your needs and 2 shaving speeds (I prefer the fastest). Also comes with a little brush to clean the head which is useful, as well as a little travel pouch to store everything in. Definitely my new go to hair removal tool for my legs.

Safe ,useful ,does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This epilator did a great job. I tried it on dry skin and in the bathtub as well. The plug-in is European, but I luckily had an adaptor. The Epilator does not work if plugged in and it needs an hour to charge properly, then can be used cordless, which is great. It comes with a Massage roller head, Shaver head, Trimmer cap,Skin contact cap, Cleaning brush, plug and a small white Pouch. The feeling on my skin was acceptable I felt that under a shower could feel more the tweezers than in dry skin, therefore I preferred it this way. I was amazed to see how well cathed even the smallest hair. It left my skin slightly red but this was just for a few minutes then smooth all over. I was happy to reach areas that usually with wax I cannot do myself, like behind the knee, or hip. Great mini lamp that had a white light that showed all the leftover hair. The trimmer also runs smoothly and cuts hair so well and precise. Another lovely fact which I appreciate a lot is that it has two speeds. And I love the fastest one because I do not have much patience. I like the tiny white elegant pouch that fits everywhere. Will take on holiday as well. Also, the little brush cleans the epilator properly inside and out. Safe to use.No Irritation It does work better than wax and I am looking forward to seeing how long it will take the regrowth. The only upside down would be that it takes time. I worked along the full leg for 30-40 minutes (doing it properly) and then another point for the inside battery that did not need charging and worked for more than one hour.

Long lasting results fast hair removal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Braun Epilator Thank you @influenster for sending me the Braun Silk-épil Series 5 Epilator. After many weeks usage, it hurt at first getting used to the epilator but this epilator is waterproof and was much less painful when using in the shower. Works very well in removing the shortest hair and due to 28micro grip tweezers it works very fast to remove hair. Lovely design. Comfortable to hold. Chargeable.
