Customers Say
Effective portable AC for small rooms, cools well during heatwaves. Noisy operation common, some find it too loud for bedrooms. Requires separate window sealing kit. Heavy but mobile with wheels.

Does the job
Did a decent job of cooling our bedroom during the heatwave down to a temperature where we could sleep. During the peak of the heatwave it managed to get our small double room down to 23 degrees after several hours when it was over 30 degrees outside. Not particularly quiet but we still managed to sleep with it on the low fan setting. We would not have slept without it. Would have been nice if there was a lower fan speed to reduce the noise a bit.

Great AC unit.
Bought recently and worth every penny. Easily moved where needed most.

Brilliant air con
Bought this for my niece who had come to visit . She Came from Southampton. She was saying her apartment was like a greenhouse and she wished she could afford a decent fan . So I treated her to this . The outcome was she absolutely loves it , she’s sleeping much better and leaves it on most of the time

Great purchase
Bought this because of rhe recent hot weather and what a great purchase it was. It is a bit noisy but I would rather put up with some noise and be cool rather than been too warm

Fab unit
Only have had this air-conditioning unit for 2 days and it certainly had exceeded pur expectations. We have had it on during warm weather and its made things so much more comfortable and we had been able to sleep during this heatwave which is a bonus. Would I recommend this? Absolutely!!

Pretty good!
Pretty good. Not supermarket air con good, but compared to the rest of my house we were able to cool one room enough to sleep!

2.5/5
I bought this for a small room, less than 3m by 3m. If you haven’t got a window close by and the room to place it, I wouldn’t bother. A 1.5M hose is tiny plus you need to buy a window sealer. Due to the connection : adapter, I bought a 3rd market hose which I just can’t get to fit. Anyways, I’ve set it up and while it brings down the temperature on a 28 degree day or less the higher temps it’s no good with. I expected better for £325. The worst thing about it, there seems to be a rattle whether the machine is on soft carpet, or hard floor. When pressing on the top, it seems to resolve, but obviously comes back when removing hand. The hose seems to affect the noise when pushed in but again once removing hand it comes back. The black under the Louvre seems to rattle when on cool mode, and nothing seems to take it away. Personally, not happy for £325. I’d say, ok for a small 2M x 2M room anything more it’s issues and be prepared to deal with the noise.

Noisy and weak
Noisy - noisier than advertised and it can hardly cool down a bit a small room 3m x 2.5m if left on for 1-2h. Once is off, in 15 min is hot in the room again.

Hello there,
Bush 7K Air Conditioner:
In Dry mode, you don't need to put the exhaust hose out of the window. Keep the doors and windows closed. However, the collected water does need to be drained using the supplied drain hose. So, it doesn't simply evaporate and leave through the exhaust hose with the hot air.
Thanks for using Q&A
Hello Lexi,
The Bush 7K air conditioner requires a proper window seal for optimal performance; using it without a seal will allow hot air to re-enter the room, reducing cooling efficiency and increasing energy use.
Thank you for using Q&A.
