Great first coffee machine.
I bought this machine after using another breville machine at my mum's and loved it. Decided on this one as it looked very simple to use and like it say's is "one touch". Still getting used to it and trying to find the right coffee I like but I have made some very nice latte and my wife was very impressed with it, I just want to keep making a coffee.

No real strong coffe taste
9 strength coffee grinds I can hardly taste it even with extra shot I moved to this hoping for an amazing taste but it’s not as good as the tassimo so far

Brilliant machine
I have been after a latte maker for ages. This was the first affordable one I found that was straightforward to operate. I can't hand hit water so this is great for me. It's easy to use and gets on making the coffee without supervision, with the right sized cup. The froth at the top of the latter is thick. I like to add additional milk after it stops. It's so handy to put the milk jug in the fridge, just don't pick it up at the top, I just broke mine when it hit the floor. I highly recommend this machine

Pump Longevity
I’ve had this coffee machine for about a year now (received it as a Christmas gift in late December 2023). Initially, it worked well, and I was pleased with the quality of espresso it produced. However, a year later, the pump no longer functions properly. The hot water doesn't pump powerfully enough, making it impossible to brew espresso. I’ve tried everything to resolve the issue—using espresso machine cleaning tablets to decalcify it, soaking and thoroughly cleaning the portafilters to ensure no blockages—but nothing has worked. It’s incredibly frustrating that such an expensive machine has failed in such a short time. Now, it just sits on my kitchen counter, taking up space and serving no purpose. Disappointing quality for what is supposed to be a premium coffee machine. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

Milk comes out luke warm
Disappointed, after using espresso machines for the last 8 years +, I decided to try this machine. Very disappointed, won't be keeping. Milk comes out luke warm at best, coffee is never hot enough. Would not recommend

Love this beauty, perfect Latte every time
I bought this coffee machine as I was desperate for a decent coffee machine that was quick and easy to use while making a great coffee and this hits the spot. The espresso and cappuccino are great but the latte are just perfection, I love it and would highly recommend.

Amazing Coffee!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee machine was a little hard to work out at first! Couldn't get the machine to make a latte as the milk wouldn't come out and the instructions aren't very helpful with that issue! Now we've figured it out it is a brilliant machine, very sturdy and easy to use! Makes beautiful coffee, I'm a coffee snob and drink it a lot, its some of the best coffee I've had, I add flavoured syrups so the end result is a batista style gourmet coffee! Definitely worth the price! (It's well used as you can see in the photo!)

Easy to use once you learn how
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great coffee machine with the ability to use alternative milk, a little difficult to work out how to use if you are used to pod machines but once you’ve got the hang of it, it makes great coffee without difficulty. I love the fact you can use alternative milks, as I am unable to have the quantity of cows milk normally required for a latte. Really stylish machine and also quite compact in size.
