Recommended by the Royal Horticultural Society, Marshalls Garden Broad Bean 'Meteor Vroma' produces extra-long, well-filled pods with tender, good-flavoured beans. A reliable early-cropping variety, it can be ready to harvest from May and also overwinters well from an autumn sowing. Prefers full sun with shelter from strong winds and a rich, moisture-retentive, well-drained soil. Prepare the site with compost before sowing.
