Impressive, compact soundbar.
Bought to use with a new 43" TV, which had appallingly bad sound. This little soundbar has improved things massively. It was very easy to set up, using a HDMI cable (make sure you get one that supports ARC if you choose to use HDMI), and incredibly easy to use. The sound is very impressive for its size. Probably wouldn't be enough in a large room, but definitely good enough for bedrooms, small living rooms etc.

Sound poor!
This item is not a quality item , the sound it produces is at best poor and it is not worth the money!

Sound bar sound investment
Small item big sounds, wasn't sure about this but once connected the quality of sound was instantly noticeable. I would buy this again and have already said to family and friends how good but how cheap this unit is. Buy now you won't be disappointed.

A bargain buy for good sound
My Denon sound bar packed up and I chose to replace it with this Oakcastle one. I was worried how it would perform in comparison to the old one; but frankly I can't tell the difference. It's a nice compact size and gives excellent sound. Unless you have a finely-tuned ear you won't notice the difference. A bargain buy really.

All goods are working just as good as advertised
So easy to use and fantastic customer service...as I'm not very good with technical things and staff helped me each time 🙂 😊

Ok overall. Needs more bass to sound. Very basic
It’s ok for the price. Was expecting more bass to the sound. No bass even when bass is turned all the way up. But easy to set up, ok price and you get an optical cable with it. Only sounds ok on the 3D setting, sounds tinny on all other settings. Nothing special, very basic. Wouldn’t buy again to be honest.

A very affordable upgrade to TV speakers
Purchased for small bedroom TV to 'replace' the poor on-board sound. Compact, with HDMI, optical, 3.5mm connection options. Decent sound output for the price point, one cannot expect a high end acoustic experience for under £40. Mount options easy I have it attached to wall bracket so no extra drilling needed, light enough to do so safely.

Very decent soundbar.
I purchased this a month ago for a static caravan living room space. Connected easily to the TV with an optical cable (provided in the box). Sound quality very decent, and remote is easy to navigate. I recommend it for small spaces (including offices and bedrooms), but in larger living spaces might not have the same ‘kick’.

Good sound from a compact unit
The soundbar was easy to connect, provided a good quality of sound from all its presets and fitted neatly under the small bedroom television. I recommend this product as it is compact and works really well.

Hello Claire,
I can advise regarding the Oakcastle SB40 60W 2.2Ch All-In-One Bluetooth Soundbar.
Yes, it can connect via Bluetooth alone.
Thanks for using Q&A
Hello David,
I can advise the following for the Oakcastle SB40 60W 2.2Ch All-In-One Bluetooth Soundbar:
This is 2.0 but due to the way the porting is used, it could be classed as a fake subwoofer as it extends the bass frequencies it's able to replicate.
Thanks for using Q & A.
Hello Mick,
The Oakcastle SB40 60W 2.2Ch All-In-One Bluetooth Soundbar can be connected to a PC.
