About this product
For doorways that won't quite fit the standard width. This extension kit adds 6cm to the Cuggl Pressure Fit Safety Gate, stretching it from 81 to 87cm so it'll work in slightly wider spaces. It fits onto the main gate (sold separately) and keeps the same double locking system, so you don't lose any security. Ideal for awkward hallways or openings that need just a bit more reach.
The extension pieces attach to the existing gate without complicated installation, so you get the same pressure fit design that doesn't require drilling into walls or door frames. Once fitted, the gate still opens and closes with one hand, and the double locking mechanism keeps working as it should. The white finish matches the main gate, so it blends in rather than looking like an add-on. Designed for children up to 24 months, giving you coverage across the toddler stage when they're most mobile.

I bought this about a month ago and it’s done the job. The only issue with the brand is that you can’t get longer bolts for the wall so if the extension isn’t big enough, it doesn’t fit to the wall properly.

We would strongly NOT recommend you do not use more than 1 extension gate to widen the fit. This Cuggl Safety Gate White can be dangerous if not fitted correctly.
