Uneasy fit
Bought this as an easy fit light shade. Unfortunately it has proved to be anything but! Managed to fit it on my own but without dual coloured top. Will need to wait until someone visits to help to fit it properly.

Beautiful but don’t be fooled by “easy fit”
I bought 4 of these to go in my hallways and whilst they are stunning and give a lovely light, fitting them is precarious and stressful! They are technically “easy fit” as they are just lampshades you can fit to your existing pendant but you will end up having to balance two heavy solid glass pieces on the end of the cord against gravity with only one hand, while you try and screw in the bulb holder inside that you can’t see. I’ve done one out of four so far and given up for the day. I don’t think you could even get a second person to help you either, unless you can both stand on the same ladder somehow. 5/5 for aesthetics but 1/5 for logistics. Even if the shade was one piece instead of two it would have been less precarious. Not “easy fit” by any means

It is just the lampshade, ready to fit onto an existing pendant. There is no pendant supplied with this product.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Habitat White Glass Easy Fit Lampshade - 24cm: ''The lamp holder goes through the yellow or burgundy section (depending upon which colour shade you have bought), and the larger part of the shade slots onto the lamp holder like any easy fit shade and is held in place by the lamp holder ring. Picture 5 of 6 shows the two sections quite well, including the holes for the lamp holder. The base of the shade is open so you can reach in to screw the lamp holder ring into place and attach the bulb.''

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Habitat White Glass Easy Fit Lampshade - 24cm.
The hole that fits onto the lamp holder is approximately 4cm in diameter, to fit a standard E27 lamp holder, and it also has an adaptor ring for smaller lamp holders. The hole at the top of the shade is approximately 5.5cm in diameter.
