About this product
The Madrid Double End Lift Ottoman Bed provides hidden storage right under your mattress. This double bed features a tall fabric-insert headboard and a limed oak finish, ideal for classic or country-style bedrooms. The lift mechanism opens from the foot end, giving access to 563.5 litres of storage without moving bedside tables or squeezing into tight gaps. The soft fabric headboard insert complements the limed oak frame for a cohesive look. Built on plywood slats for even mattress support, the boxed base provides sturdy daily use.
The end-lift design means you can reach stored bedding, spare pillows, or seasonal clothes without rearranging furniture. The upholstered frame with textured weave fabric feels solid and finished, no sharp edges or exposed wood. The headboard fixings are included, so it mounts securely to the base during assembly. I bought this bed to replace another ottoman bed and I’m so happy I went for this one.its just lovely.looks gorgeous in our room.the headboard is lovely and makes the bed look more expensive than it was x

Nice design, good service
Very nice and more unique design that I have seen for an Ottoman bed. Order process and coordination of the delivery date was made very easy by the friendly service and great tracking/whatsapp communication system of the BJS Delivery team. The frame was fairly easy to build between two people (only encountered the usual flat pack challenges) and holds sturdy providing a lot of storage room. Overall very happy with the cust Oner experience and the product!

It is difficult to say however, looking into this I would say that the colour is more of a darker shade of oak.

Internal storage space H21, W139, D193.

Total maximum user weight 220kg.
To avoid any possible confusion the bed size is Width 150cm, Length 201.6cm and Height 114cm and will take a standard double mattress of size 135cm x 190cm.
