The Hisense WD5S1045BB is a 2-in-1 washer dryer designed to wash and dry your laundry in a single appliance, making it ideal for homes where space is at a premium. This condenser model handles up to 10.5kg of washing or 6kg when using the combined wash and dry cycle, and features a 1400rpm spin speed to remove excess water efficiently. It offers 15 washing programmes and 6 drying options to suit everything from cottons and synthetics to delicates, wool and silks, giving you flexibility across different fabric types.
Auto Dosing technology adjusts detergent based on load size and soil level, storing enough liquid for up to 24 washes so you don't need to measure each time. Broke after 1 month
I bought this a month ago and after 9 washes it has failed with the motor not spinning. I have reached out to Hisense through the included warranty and waiting over a week for someone to visit. I regret this purchase

It's OK, a bit fiddly
The machine does a brilliant wash, is exceptionally quiet however things I don't like are. 1. The lack of ability to get both dispensers to work I've yet to get the machine to do detergent for the wash and conditioner for the rinse cycle. 2. It often keeps the door locked after the washing cycle has finished and you have to press the start button again to release it, which is counter intuitive and puzzling. 3. When it says press the ⭕️ I thought it meant the main control know, not the one under the display. 4. Why the delay in shutting down the machine when I want to turn it off? 5. I want to control the amounts of detergent and conditioner by volume I can't find it in the menus 6. Drying isn't great.

Good feel and quality to product, however design fault means items only last 18 months on regular use. Warranty is not per product either, which you would expect, but is based on contract length.

This machine is so much better than the old one, it's like a different species! So easy to use yet so many options, and it even "thinks" for itself in dosing, etc. Laundry is no longer a chore.

Great machine
This is a good machine, its very quiet and smooth. It gives you a time of how long it will take to wash on all the settings and sometimes finishes before that, it was simple to install (i had to because my pipe wasnt fitted right so the delivery men couldnt do it). The quick wash is great and it can do a quick dry also but its only good for a few clothes and normal drying times works well dispite what people say about condenser machines. It washes very well even on low dose and clothes come out nice and soft and smell nice, my old machine wasnt a dryer and it always washed out the scent or didnt wash as well so never had my clothes come out so good before. There are more settings on the app but not much so you dont need it but you do need it to connect to wifi. The auto dose is great as you can just fill all the soap 1liter and softener 0.5liter in there so you dont need bottles lying around. The app also tells you all the information when its running, times and also tells you when its finished. It also tells you how much water used and energy. There is only two minor downside and that is that the door and hinge feels abit cheap like i could bend it or pull it off with my hands but the rest of it feels premium. The other is the text on the buttons is hard to see for my mom as its like a grey text on black, if it was white text or they lit up it might have been better.

This doesn't include removal as water isn't allowed on the back of the delivery van, so needs to be disconnected and drained of all water before they can remove it from the property.
