Malfunctioning shortly after purchasing
I bought this with a discount, and was happy with the product. For a while it worked just fine. However it started malfunctioning not long after, when I tried charging the power bank it wouldn't charge and made a hissing noise. I had to refund it since they were out of stock, customer support was easy to go through for what It's worth.

Decent power bank.Capacity is as expected (approx 14 ah at 5v) .will operate to charge suitable laptop (12v) via usbc with cable provided.Good connectivity.Indicator lights adequate although would have expected digital indicator for original price of item.overall pleased with purchase at price paid

No charging points... No problem
My phone was down to 5% battery and I had no charging lead. Argos came to the rescue with this power bank which was on offer. Good capacity and came with a lead and already charged. It has 3 ports : 2 x standard USB and 1 x USB C. Usual charge avaliable indicator - row of lights display by pressing button on the side. Due to the large capacity the item is quite heavy.
