Two pressure settings (8lb and 12lb) let you adjust cooking speed, while the visual pressure indicator shows when it's ready and a mechanical lock keeps the lid secure until it's safe to open. The steamer basket gives you more cooking options, and it works on all hob types including electric, gas, ceramic, halogen, induction and solid hotplates.
