Dripping lid!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased with the quality of our Elevensies. However, we have yet to overcome catching the significant amount of condensation which runs down the sides of the coffee maker when we lift the lid to empty the grounds. At the moment we are quickly placing a dry cloth close to the hinge when opening the lid.

Great coffee maker!
I bought this coffee maker to replace my old one. The brand doesn't have that model in its offer anymore, therefore, I couldn't find a replacement for a broken jug. As we drink quite a lot of coffee and my partner likes having a large hot flask of home-brewed drink at work, my main need was a large capacity (10-12 cups) but also programmable brewing time for busy mornings. This coffee maker fulfils both of those needs! I love that you can have two separate programs. So one is for my partner's workdays and another for our shared weekend morning coffee. Very intuitive to use. The coffee the machine makes is really good, I would say even slightly better than the one made with my previous maker. There are two different brew strength settings. Unfortunately, I can't feel much difference between them, so I took one star off the rating. In terms of brewing, it needs to be mentioned that to brew a full 12-cup tank takes noticeably long, but maybe I'm just a very impatient person. However, it's not a huge issue when you're able to program the brewing time earlier. It's worth mentioning here that you can slowly enjoy freshly brewed coffee the whole morning as the heating plate keeps it warm for up to 40 minutes! The jug is large enough and seems pretty sturdy, so I hope it won't break easily while being used by such a clumsy person as me. The only downside is that the lid construction collects condensed steam, which causes some water droplets to spill when pouring coffee. I'm also slightly sceptical about the black plastic parts of the machine's body as they don't feel very premium. Honestly speaking, I expected a bit more from such an iconic name as KitchenAid. But here I have to say that the water tank is brilliant! It's fully removable, has a handy handle attachment, so it makes filling and cleaning easy-peasy and usage so hygienic. The material is very sturdy. Although the lid could sit a bit tighter. Summing up, if you are looking for a next-tier coffee maker, I would recommend KitchenAid wholeheartedly, even knowing about its few flaws. On the pricey side, but worth every penny. And looks pretty awesome on the countertop!

Easy to operate
Very happy. It was a replacement for my previous one which failed after 5 years. The kettle however is awful and I have a job to open the lid

Another great KithenAid product
Like all KitchenAid appliances, this is built to last and quality is excellent. My only gripe is the lack of detailed operating instructions and the YouTube demonstration is too brief and doesn’t explain anything.

One less star as there is no hinge to keep the water tank lid on and the handle to lift up the coffee filter is very difficult to get hold of.

KitchenAid filter coffee machine is easy to use and brews great taste coffee. The no change required filter is the brightest solution as I do not like the paper filters. It is so user friendly with the digital panel and the separable water reservoir is so clever. Absolutely recommend to every filter coffee lover.

THE HANDLE BROKE FIRST TIME I CARRIED THE WATER BARREL TO THE TAP ALSO THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOW TO USE THE COFFEE MACHINE, I HAD TO FIND IT ONLINE, ONCE YOU GET IT GOING IT IS EXCELLENT BUT THESE LITTLE NIGGLES ARE NOT HELPFUL
