Ok
Makes excellent coffee but jug badly designed as not all fluid can be emptied, very plasticky and no instructions in booklet to tell us how to use it so still a little confusing.

Great coffee machine except that you cannot turn the keep warm facility back on after it has automatically turned off after 40 mins, So you have to brew smaller pots of coffee more regularly so that you can drink it before it turns off.

Excellent product, too much packaging.
The coffee maker is really well designed. It gets the job done fast and makes a great cup every time. The timer function is really useful. I would give it 5 stars but the sheer volume of packaging and waste took the edge off.

Kitchen Aid Coffee Machine
It's a robust but very pretty coffee machine, which matches really nicely with all my other Kitchen Aid appliances. Really very happy with it and it makes a really nice cup of coffee...don't understand why we waited so long to buy one. Would highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful appliance Had a problem with damaged water tank but kitchenaid were most helpful and are sending a replacement tank at no charge

Nice product
Nicely designed and seems well made, hopefully it will last well. It works well and is easy to use. As we have other Kitchen Aid appliances this seemed the sensible choice.

Lid should be detachable
This coffee machine has a lot going for it and it works well. The coffee is hot when it is poured and that is how we like it. It has a lot of different timers which we haven’t tried yet but it is early days. The one thing which would have been useful is the lid of the pot to be detachable in order to clean the pot and the lid separately. It is a bit awkward to get it all cleaned.

Great Drip Coffee Machine
Great coffee maker. Easy to set up. Has a timer. Makes hot coffee and is kept warm for about 40 mins after brewing. Everything easy to clean. Like the cream colour, as matches other appliances we have. This is our second machine, as the first developed a fault with the screen and KitchenAid replaced the machine when it came back in stock.
