Steam is too broad of a question as its a program, a marketplace to buy games.
i bought this laptop for my sons christmas gift, i got 172fps in cyberpunk 1080p, with dlss balanced, multiframegenx2, high settings, no ray tracing or path tracing therfore itll play almost anything and if it struggles with any new unreal engine 5 games in the near future you can just tweek settings.
as for roblox, easily.

No it does not. In the description it says that it does but i just got my hands on this particular model and it does not have a backlit keyboard.
