I’ve only had the printer for 3 days and so far so good.I set it up via the HP app and everything is working ok. This has replaced my 10 year old HP printer so fingers crossed

Not the best quality
I thought the plastic was a bit thin and did not find it easy to put the paper in the back of the machine. I had problems connecting it using the suggested HP Smart app. I returned the item and bought anther HP wiht front loading paper which is better fro me. I connected this one without the HP Smart app and was successful.

Great price and easy set up. Very slow on printing but I don’t need to use it loads, so it’s fine for me.

It could be quicker
I got this printer as I can print from home instead of emailing to work then printing it off there. The set up could be quicker, printing could be quicker it seems it has to think want it is doing, but photocopying is done in seconds.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!
WASTE OF MONEY. I regret buying this printer. It's advertised as working with a cable, but in reality it only connects over Wi-Fi. I even bought a third-party cable, and it still wouldn't connect. On top of that, it randomly refuses to print certain files, which makes it unreliable. The setup process is also a nightmare—you have to download what feels like a dozen different apps just to get it working. Overall, it's frustrating to use and definitely not worth the money.
