Useless customer care
Registering the guarantee is impossible. Keeps asking for a valid model number which is clearly printed on the box but not recognised by the website. Tried to phone but how long can you be reasonably expected to wait on the phone?

Disappointing
Disappointing. Suction is weak and the tube blocks very easily. The manoeuvrability is good, and it is lightweight. But not worth the price just for that.

Bought this January and is best hoover I've had and one of the cheapest ive had would absolutely recommend it .also Bought my independent 86year old mum one as it is light weight and easy for hir to use.

The filters are washable. We recommend to rinse them and then leave them to dry for at least 24 hours. Please do not use any cleaning detergent when cleaning the filters
