Blink video doorbell with syn model
Not impressed. I'm not good with tech and found it difficult to set up. It didn't help that the batteries that come with the video doorbell were no good. I had to buy new ones. Resolution disappointing. Still wondering why I need syn model with it. I don't intend to add any extra cameras.

Great value smart doorbell. The Blink Video Doorbell is easy to install, works well straight out of the box, and the video quality is clear both day and night. Battery life is excellent. Notifications are reliable, and two-way audio is handy for deliveries. A simple, affordable, and effective home security option from Blink.

Good doorbell but can lag when connecting outside.
Good doorbell camera with excellent battery and picture quality. I have it paired with a small hub which means i don’t have to pay a subscription. But you get less functionality because of this. It also pairs with cameras and can then be used as an internal additional chime.

The gen two is very easy to set up , also seems more robust , I'd advice using 2800 lithium rechargeable batteries just a personal choice.

Worth the money does not store videos locally
Doorbell seems good. Video quality is not bad. Can't give 5 stars because it isn't made clear that you have to buy another add-on to be able to store videos locally. Essentially putting the price up.
