Just upgraded to Samsung A17. My daughter set it up for me I don't think I could have coped with all the questions, passwords etc. Now it's up and running it's great. Lovely clear screen everything virtually the same as my old clapped out A12 which is what I hoped. Charges very fast and better camera.

No there is 2 spaces for either 2 nano SIMs, or 1 nano and 1 Micro SD, this dissapointed me, it cannot take 2 SIMs and an micro SD at the same time

Yes you can buy a phone here in UK, but with major network restrictions. You can physically bring a UK-purchased Samsung Galaxy A17 5G to the United States and use a US SIM card, but its daily performance will heavily depend on which American carrier you choose. So as we suggest, it is better to purchase a device from there so there will be no restrictions in using carrier network.

Yes, as long as you insert a UK SIM card and make a phone call of at least 5 minutes in length while in the UK, the region lock will be removed from the A17 and you will be able to use it abroad. Please note that software updates may be delayed while in the USA as they are distributed in collaboration with UK Network providers.
