Life changing
I recently bought the Shark Stain Force, and honestly, it deserves some kind of medal for bravery. As a parent to a child with severe learning disabilities, life can be… unpredictable. On this particular day, I turned my back for what felt like two seconds, only to discover that my sofa had become the unfortunate canvas for what can only be described as a “poo masterpiece.” After questioning all my life choices that led me to this moment, I tried cleaning it myself, but with tear filled eyes all I succeeded in doing was upgrading it to a large, suspicious-looking stain that definitely wasn’t fooling anyone. Enter the Shark Stain Force. This little machine tackled the situation like a champion. What I thought was a permanent reminder of “the incident” completely disappeared. Gone. Vanished. Poof. Like it never happened. Frankly, I was half expecting it to stand up and take a bow when it finished. I now feel strangely reassured knowing I’m fully equipped for any future “art projects” my child might surprise me with. I now consider the stain force a member of my family. It has seen things. We have been through things and now we have an unbreakable bond. The only downsides? The charging time is a bit slow, and the run time isn’t the longest—so if you’re dealing with a full gallery exhibition, you might need to plan ahead. But in terms of raw cleaning power, it’s an absolute hero. All in all, if you need something that can handle life’s messiest (and most unexpected) moments, the Shark Stain Force is worth every penny. easy peasy stain removal
I had a stain on the hallway carpet that would not shift with anything I tried, used the stainforce once on it and no more stain. Also works great on mattress, it removed urine stains and coffee stain with no problem. well worth investing in

A must have product for every home.
Love the item, and it's a must if you have a puppy. The only downside is the tank drain plug clip; the instructions say to drain and clean the tank after every use, so this could be a little more robust than a small piece of plastic. We did not use ours frequently, but it broke after just over a month.

Useless product, does not work.
Completely useless, do not buy it. We bought it tried it, it does nothing, does not remove red wine or dog wee from carpets, uses up the spray bottle very quickly (expensive). Had to return to Shark as product does not perform as claimed.

We only recommend using the solution sprayer with the suitable Shark cleaning solution. Water is not adequate for it.
