Discusting aftercare
I had to buy this TV because the one I bought three months earlier from Argos was on its fourth breakdown and needed a new part ,which meant ten days without a TV

Good value for money
Cracking little tv for a bedroom. A bit slow to load initially, and the remote wouldn’t turn the tv off (needed a software update that you couldn’t see on the child’s profile, only on an adult’s). Once resolved, it’s intuitive to set up, annd ideal for children as it links with Alexa and you can have Amazon parent dashboard controls. The timings of ‘do not disturb’ have failed on a couple of occasions (profile not going off when required, or available when it should be) but that seems to have settled. We have installed only the apps and child profiles suitable for our daughter, put locks on live tv, and control screen time. It’s perfect for that, and I’m actually considering buying another for our room! Plug and play, essentially. No the sound isn’t amazing, but it’s good enough - a cheap little tv that does what it says it will and it’s great value for money. Lightweight, but very sturdy on the stand too.

Brilliant for price
Family member confined to bed with illness. Purchased this tv for the bedroom. Good price and good value. Picture is excellent at this price point. Usual issues around sound that seem to haunt all budget tv's. Good blue tooth speakers are soo cheap now why can't tv manufacturers fit proper speakers in tv's ? Could it be they want to sell you a sound bar ? So I bought a sound bar and problem solved. Remote control is ok, although there are multiple menus which can be a bit confusing. Fire TV means it can be controlled verbally via an amazon echo and this works once the correct phrases are learnt. Changing channels and adjusting volume all quite simple. A bit irritated at adding to Jeff's fortune but as my daughter pointed out, 'that horse has bolted'. The unit is very light, seems tv's have been on a weight loss diet since the 2010's. I think it weighs about the same as the box it came in. I followed the set up menus including regional information and despite living in the south east I now receive regional news from Devon and Cornwall. It's actually more cheerful news generally so that's nice. I can't find the setting to alter it so will just enjoy what's going on in Paignton, lovely place. Very pleased with TV and would buy again.

Unbelievable value
Bought for my daughter who is a student. Take off the cost of a fire stick and this must be the bargain of the year. As it’s only 32” the picture quality is on par with my lounge tv which was more than 10x the price. Would definitely consider a TCL for my main tv in the future

Sound quality is abysmal
Bought this model last week. Picture quality is fine but the sound is awful and tinny. Will Buy another to replace it and give this one away. Buy cheap, buy twice.

Hello Lele,
The supplier has advised for the TCL 32 Inch 32SF560-UK Smart FHD HDR QLED Freely TV: How noticeable the delay between the audio and video may be is quite subjective, especially when playing content via Bluetooth, however there will most definitely be a difference when compared to a wired external audio device such as a soundbar connected via HDMI or optical.
Depending on what kind of content is being watched (more specifically the audio codec being transmitted), as well as how this will be watched, this can impact any potential delay. Furthermore, if there are multiple devices connected to the 2.4Ghz band nearby, this can also impact Bluetooth connectivity.
Thank you for using Q&A.
