Great sound
I had an original Amazon echo which still works but I wanted to newer version. The sound from this version is definitely much better and will also connect to my Amazon fire stick as an external speaker for my TV.

Great sound for its size. I got it at a good price. Control lights, plugs, TV, and heating with voice. Very simple setup via app, so I was able to manage that myself.

Great quality sound at a great price
I bought this to replace a radio costing five times as much & it sounds every bit as good, it's very useful in the kitchen when you've got wet hands or you want to quickly check something in your recipe. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a new radio.

Yes, you can connect an Amazon Echo Dot 5th Gen to your stereo, but primarily via Bluetooth. The Echo Dot 5 does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack for a wired connection, so you must pair it wirelessly to your stereo receiver or speakers Bluetooth input. This is what I did.
