Customers Say
Hisense 50" TV praised for excellent picture quality, vibrant colors, and ease of setup. Sound quality is mixed, with some finding it tinny or weak. Freely app appreciated but occasionally clunky. Good value for the price.

Good price but a bit disappointing
I bought my new smart TV about a month ago and it was recommended by the retail assistant. He told me it was great for the money and I should be pleased with my purchase. Unfortunately I am a bit disappointed with it and have had to play around with a lot of the settings to get the colour right and I am still struggling with the sound quality. It just doesn't sound good and I seem to struggle catching some things people are saying (and I can hear ok!). I think it is a budget tv and priced right for that, but I am personally disappointed.

Great TV
I bought this TV just 3 days ago. The colours are great and the picture sharp and clear. The remote is easy to navigate, This is a great TV especially the price, which was a consideration when buying.

Aerial problem
Excellent picture and sound quality.Plenty of channels easy to set up. The problem for me was my Internet connection was not very strong and so the Freely app which is used for accessing channels like bbc1, itv channels 5 was stuttering, mostly in the evenings when the service was busy. The thing is if there's a problem with the Internet you can't access the terrestrial channels as the arial will not work once you access another channel , very disappointed.
Aerial issue
Thats my 3rd Hisense I've got for various rooms
Best TV I've ever had, picture quality, resolution is tops,

You can switch to Filmmaker Mode, but it only appears under certain conditions.
How to enable it:
-Start playing a film or TV show (via a streaming app or HDMI device)
-Press the Menu (≡) button on your remote.
-Go to Picture → Picture Mode.
-Select Filmmaker Mode.
Important notes:
-Filmmaker Mode may only appear while content is playing, not on the home screen.
-It’s most commonly available with HDR content (HDR10 / HDR10+).
-If you’re using an external device (Blu-ray player, console, Sky box, etc.), make sure HDR is enabled on that device.
-If you don’t see it, try switching the HDMI input to Enhanced/HDMI 2.0 in Settings → Inputs.
-If it still doesn’t show up, let us know what source you’re watching (Netflix, HDMI device, etc.) and we can dig a bit deeper.
