[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great design. The accents and the polish texture are great. We have the kettle In pink and due to the design and accents. Even though the toaster is white they still match. Evenly toasts. Easy to clean with a slide out crumb tray. Good temperature gauge.

After reading previous reviews for this toaster I decided to purchase it. Only to find warburtons bread does not fit fully Into toaster it leaves around 2cms not toasted Wouldn’t recommend

Just used it for the first time and the toast came out perfectly browned on both sides (a vast improvement on my previous toaster). It looks good in the kitchen and I got 1/3 off the usual price, so at £21 it represents excellent value.

No, the Russell Hobbs 27370 Eden 2 Slice Toaster does not have a "lift and look" function. It features a "high lift" function which is different.
The "high lift" feature allows you to raise the carriage higher than usual for easy and safe retrieval of small items like crumpets, without the risk of burning your fingers. The "lift and look" function (available on different Russell Hobbs models) specifically allows you to check on the browning progress mid-cycle without cancelling the cycle. The Eden model does not support checking mid-cycle without interrupting the process, other than by cancelling the cycle using the cancel button.
